1. Smart Mobility Data Integration
This project with the Singapore Government explores how transport data from different modes—buses, trains, and micro-mobility—can be integrated into a single predictive platform. The goal is to reduce congestion, improve commuter experience, and support future infrastructure planning.
3. Digital Skills for Future Workforce
This initiative studies the training pathways needed for workers transitioning into data, cybersecurity, and AI roles. The findings will inform long-term workforce planning and educational curriculum design.
5. Export certification advisory
We worked with clients across the export sector in Australia to meet their biosecurity and aviation security security measures. This includes understanding key legislation such as the Known Consignor scheme and DAFF requirements.
2. Workplace Wellbeing Analytics for Westpac
We worked with one of Australia's biggest banks to conduct a review of workplace resilience and wellbeing after COVID-19. Our research and findings helped inform better management decisions and staff retention rates
4. Road User Charging in government
We worked with multiple State and Territory government and road agencies to design the policy and data collection for road user trials, potentially moving away from the current fuel excise scheme used in Australia to a distant based charging scheme.
Western Sydney Airport Design Process
We worked with design firms to better understand noise and environmental constraints for the new Western Sydney Airport. Our learnings demonstrated our diverse expertise in construction and environmental management.
